HUB Agri-Food
The Agri-Food Hub connects farmers, processors and distributors to develop local value chains aimed at capitalizing on and promoting products with certified quality schemes such as "bio", "traditional product", IGP or DOP, which are part of the culinary heritage of each historical region.
Role of the hub in the cluster
The Agri-Food Hub integrates authentic agrifood products into the cluster's agritourism network and that of its HORECA partners. We coordinate sustainable agriculture initiatives, support the certification of local products and facilitate market access for small producers.
