During events organized or promoted by TraciaLand, photographs, video recordings or audio-video recordings may be made.

In the case of public events, the processing of images may be based on the Association's legitimate interest in documenting and promoting its activity. Persons who do not wish to appear in photo-video materials are asked to inform the organizers before the event or, if this was not possible, to contact us afterwards at office@tracialand.ro.
9. Data relating to minors
The website tracialand.ro is not directly intended for children and does not intentionally collect personal data of minors without the consent of parents or legal representatives.
If minors are involved in cultural, educational or community projects, the processing of their data will be carried out in compliance with the applicable legislation and, where necessary, with the consent of the parent or legal guardian.
